Carolina de Jong
Founder & CEO
As the Founder and CEO of EVA Global Events, Carolina brings strategic guidance and creative support to project - and event management and its execution.
She collaborates with EVA's extensive network of like-minded executives, partners, suppliers and experts, using a structured approach, the latest technologies, and an awareness for discretion, to build lasting professional relationships.
Carolina has 20 years of experience working in sales and marketing, business development, project- and event management, including a 15-year career at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland.
Adeline Gnecchi
Head of Data Management
Adeline has extensive experience in effectively delivering (digital) projects from roadmap definition to change management - with an excellent sense for customer success and prioritization.
With her strong problem-solving and analytical skills, she facilitates and collaborates with stakeholders across all levels to create innovation and find the right solution.
Adeline has over 12 years experience in technology and event management in a non-profit international organization in both operational and strategic transformation roles.
Stéphanie Renggli
Head of Programme and Logistics
Specializing in programme design, speaker - and project management and general event logistics, Stéphanie has held several executive positions at the World Economic Forum, including Head of Operations for the Programme of the flagship Annual Meetings in Davos, Switzerland and in China.
She has 25 years of experience in content design, launch and execution of major international events and working with private sector companies, academic institutions and international organizations.
